Mr Groenning is the President and Chief Executive Officer of United Arab Chemical Carriers. Mr Groenning joined UACC in October 2008.
Mr Groenning’s previous position was as Chief Operating Officer at Eitzen Chemical ASA, who is recognized to be amongst the industry leaders in its category.
Mr Groenning has more than 15 years experience in the shipping industry, and has extensive experience within shipping and finance.
His educational background is from the Copenhagen Business School where he graduated under the Higher Commercial Examination, over and above which he has undertaken an extensive management course at IMD, Lausanne.
Mr Groenning is Danish and resides in Dubai.

 | | Senior Vice President - Finance : Ketil Ostern
Mr Ostern is the Senior Vice President, Finance of United Arab Chemical Carriers. Mr Ostern joined UACC in November 2009.
Mr Ostern came from a position as First Vice President with Nordea Bank in Norway. Previously he worked five years in Abu Dhabi as CFO of Emirates Ship Investment Company LLC. Mr. Ostern has 15 years of experience in the Ship finance/shipping industry in Oslo, New York, London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Mr. Ostern holds a Master of Science in Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen, Norway. He also did post-graduate studies at the American University in Cairo.
Mr. Ostern is Norwegian and resides in Dubai.

| | Senior Vice President - Commercial : Mathieu Philippe
Mr Philippe is the Senior Vice President, Commercial of United Arab Chemical Carriers. Mr Philippe joined UACC in March 01, 2010.
Mr Philippe was for 8 years the General Manager of BRS Middle East, the Dubai based branch of Barry Rogliano Salles Shipbrokers. During his 11 years experience in shipping he was involved as a Shipbroker in Tanker Chartering, Sale and Purchase and New Building.
Mr. Philippe holds a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School in Lille, France.
Mr. Philippe is French, born in United Kingdom and has lived most of his life in the Middle East and India.

 | | Senior Vice President - Technical : Johan Thuresson
Mr Thuresson is the Senior Vice President - Technical of United Arab Chemical Carriers. Mr Thuresson who is Captain of rank - joined UACC in September 2007.
Mr Thuresson came from a position as Fleet Manager in Emirates Ship Investment Company LLC in Abu Dhabi. Mr Thuresson has 25 years of experience in the shipping industry and has been working in the Product / Chemical field since 1989, where he during the last ten years at sea served as Captain on Chemical and Product tankers in leading international shipping companies, prior to continuing his career at shore.
Mr Thuresson holds a BSc degree in nautical science from Kalmar Maritime Academy, Sweden.
Mr Thuresson is Swedish and resides in Dubai.
